Become the name your industry brings up first.
I build the full LinkedIn system that gets you there: positioning, content, video, and the conversations that follow. You give it about 5 hours a month. I handle everything else.
5+ years · 39+ projects · 5.0 upwork ratingThe best in the industry are rarely the most visible.
Your buyers look you up first.
B2B decisions start with the person behind the company. What they find on your profile shapes the deal before you know it exists.
Authority compounds for whoever claims it.
In most B2B niches, almost nobody posts consistently. The founder who does owns the conversation within a year.
Expertise doesn't post itself.
You have 10 or 20 years of knowledge and no time to package it. That's the entire gap, and it's a solvable one.
You already have the authority. What's missing is the system that makes it visible: 3 posts a week, in your voice, on about 5 hours of your time a month. That system is the whole business here, and you can walk through it below.
The first 14 days, step by step.
This is the exact setup every client goes through before a single post is published. Click through it. These are the real artifacts, not marketing shapes.
The onboarding questionnaire
Goals, audience, tone, inspirations, availability. The depth of your answers sets the ceiling for everything after, so this document earns its length.
Profile rebuild
Photo, banner, headline, About, featured section. I send a suggestions document, you approve, I make the changes. Your profile has one job: a stranger should know what you do and how to reach you.
Research
Your industry, your competitors, what already works in your niche. Built on your onboarding answers, so the strategy fits your actual market instead of a template.
Content pillars and strategy
4 pillars built from your real expertise and your goals. You review and approve before anything gets written. This document is why the content works when it goes live.
Topics in ClickUp
Every topic listed, tagged, and approved upfront in your dedicated workspace. You always know what's coming, and nothing gets written without your sign-off.
The content interview
1 hour of recorded conversation, podcast style. I prepare the questions, you talk. I turn the recording into timestamps: the moments that become weeks of posts and video clips, in your voice.
The first content doc
A full week of posts, written in your voice, sent for review by day 14. You approve in ClickUp, I schedule everything. From here the system runs monthly.
Two founders. Two very different problems.
Full case studies, with the numbers and the honest context. More detail, screenshots, and what didn't work: on the call.
Drew S., the industry insider nobody could see
13 months of posting like an actual fire protection expert. From rare posts to a documented deal sourced entirely from the feed.
A 60-year-old manufacturer, 5 platforms, $0 paid
Organic social for a company nobody writes about, with the usual tools taken away. The reach showed up anyway.
One senior strategist. The whole stack.
No account managers, no juniors, no handoffs. The person on the strategy call is the person writing your posts, editing your videos, and reading your analytics.

Most agencies promise leads by Friday. Here's what a serious timeline actually looks like.
By day 30, all of this exists
What I won't promise by day 30
Anyone who guarantees those in 30 days is guessing with your money. Results depend on your niche, your industry's saturation, and how long your buyers take to trust. What we track from week 1 instead: saves, profile visits, and conversations started. Those lead the pipeline.
By month 12, people who never liked a single post still remember your name when they finally need someone who does what you do. That is the asset being built here.
The strategist who came from your side of the table.
I started in venture capital and private equity. Internships, deal sourcing, the whole plan for a finance career. The Serbian job market had other ideas, and the pivot into social media turned out to be the best thing that could have happened, honestly.
Because that training never left. The reporting discipline, the structure, the habit of reading numbers before opinions. It's why my clients get a ClickUp workspace instead of chaos, a monthly analytics report instead of vibes, and a strategist who actually understands what a founder in SaaS, finance, or an industrial niche does all day.
For 5+ years I've done every part of this work myself: strategy, writing, video editing, graphics, scheduling, analytics, and the client communication in between. My sister supports operations so nothing slips. There is no junior your account gets handed to, because there is no handoff.
I work from Serbia with clients across time zones, and I run my own LinkedIn with the exact system I sell. What you see on my profile is the product.

How much of my time does this take?+
About 5 hours a month. 1 hour is the recorded content interview, the rest is reviewing content in ClickUp and a monthly strategy call. The first week needs an extra 1 to 2 hours for onboarding. That's the whole ask.
Do I have to become an influencer?+
No, and that's the point of the whole system. No trends, no dancing, no daily posting, no personal life on display unless you want it there. You show up as an authority in your field, 3 times a week, in your own voice. Plenty of my clients would rather never post at all, and the system is built for exactly that.
Is the content written by AI?+
Your content is built from your recorded interviews, in your vocabulary, with your stories and numbers. I use modern tools where they help, but the source material is always you talking. That's exactly why it doesn't read like the AI content flooding your feed, and why readers can tell the difference.
When do results come?+
The system is live in 30 days. Traction depends on your niche: founders in narrow technical spaces can see it in weeks, saturated industries take months. From week 1 we track the leading indicators (saves, profile visits, conversations started) and review them together monthly. The honest horizon for inbound opportunities is 6 to 12 months, and I'd be careful with anyone who tells you otherwise.
Can I see client results before deciding?+
2 full case studies are on this site, numbers included, under work. On the call I go deeper: screenshots, context, and the parts that don't fit a page. Some details sit behind NDAs, and what's fully public is my own profile, which runs on the same system you'd be buying.
The Brand Clarity Call. Free, 30 minutes, no deck.
You talk about your business, your goals, and your niche. I mostly listen and take notes.
I give you my honest read: whether LinkedIn can work for you, how long it would realistically take, and what I'd do first.
If it fits, you get a proposal with 2 scope options within days. If it doesn't, I'll say so, and you leave with a clearer plan either way.
